# Terms of Service — Draft

**Draft version:** `draft-2026-10-13-v1` · **Effective date:** Not set · **Operator:** `[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]`

> This draft is not ready to govern users. Fill every bracketed field, confirm the service classification and launch countries, and obtain qualified legal review before publication. A summary or checkbox does not replace the full terms.

## 1. Who provides the service

HDHub4You is operated by **[full registered legal name]**, a company organized under the laws of **[jurisdiction]**, with registered address **[address]** (“HDHub4You,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: **[support email]**. Privacy contact: **[privacy email]**. India grievance contact, if applicable: **[name, postal address, email, and local business hours]**.

## 2. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern access to the HDHub4You websites, applications, video player, creator tools, and related services. By creating an account or using a feature that requires agreement, you accept the then-current terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use that feature. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. A parent or guardian must supervise any use by a person who is not legally able to contract. The service is not designed as a child-directed service unless a specific approved child product says otherwise.

## 3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and recovery methods, and promptly report suspected account compromise to **[support email]**. Do not share credentials or evade device, geographic, age, or account restrictions. We may require verification or additional authentication for sensitive actions. You remain responsible for activity authorized through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

## 4. Service, availability, and changes

The catalog, features, supported devices, languages, and availability can vary by country, rights, technical capability, and plan. We may change or discontinue features for security, legal, rights, or operational reasons. We will provide notices or remedies where required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every title is available in every region.

## 5. User and creator content

You retain ownership of content you own. When you upload or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the term and territory needed to host, reproduce, transcode, secure, display, distribute, moderate, and promote that content through the service and its authorized delivery partners. This license is limited to operating, improving, and marketing the service; it does not transfer your ownership. The final creator agreement must specify any additional promotional license, term, termination effect, and compensation. Do not upload material unless you have the necessary rights, releases, and permissions.

You are responsible for your submissions and must follow the Community Rules, Creator Terms, age-rating requirements, and applicable law. We may restrict, remove, demonetize, age-gate, or refer content for review under those rules and applicable law. We provide reporting and appeal channels described in the relevant policies.

## 6. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to infringe rights, exploit or endanger minors, distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, threaten or harass, deceive users, distribute malware, manipulate engagement or advertising, evade moderation, scrape protected data, reverse engineer security controls, interfere with service operation, or bypass access, subscription, geographic, or rate limits. Do not submit false identity, payment, or payout information.

## 7. Subscriptions and paid features

Plan features, amount, currency, duration, renewal, taxes, and cancellation method must be shown before purchase. A purchase is governed by the checkout terms and the relevant app-store or payment provider terms. We will not charge a displayed amount different from the amount confirmed at checkout except for clearly disclosed taxes, lawful adjustments, or provider conversion shown before authorization. Renewal and cancellation rules vary by payment rail and will be disclosed at purchase. Refund rights under applicable law are not waived by these terms.

Do not treat a plan as active until our server confirms payment with the payment provider. We may suspend paid access for chargebacks, fraud, or payment reversal, subject to law and a fair review process. Current supported checkout methods and actual plan benefits appear in the product.

## 8. Advertising

Free features may include advertising where and when advertising is enabled and disclosed. Ad availability, personalization, and frequency depend on consent, region, provider rules, inventory, and subscription entitlements. We will not promise ad-free service except where a confirmed plan explicitly includes it. Ad views do not imply endorsement of an advertiser. Third-party ads and destinations are controlled by their providers and advertisers. Do not manipulate impressions, clicks, conversions, or rewards.

## 9. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and use automated tools to prioritize or classify material, with human review for material decisions where feasible. Enforcement may include warning, age restriction, reduced distribution, demonetization, temporary feature limits, suspension, or termination. We will provide a reason and an appeal path where required or appropriate, while protecting reporter safety, legal obligations, and abuse-prevention signals.

## 10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure through the published account process or **[support email]**. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, safety, security, legal compliance, or non-payment. We will preserve or delete data according to the Privacy Notice, retention schedule, and applicable legal obligations. Account closure does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained or reverse completed transactions.

## 11. Intellectual property and feedback

The service software, branding, and materials owned by us are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful viewing and the expressly authorized creator or advertiser activities. If you provide product feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation, except that this does not transfer your unrelated intellectual property.

## 12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing here excludes a consumer guarantee, statutory right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any lawful limit on liability must be drafted for the operator's jurisdiction and consumer status by counsel; this draft intentionally does not insert a blanket worldwide exclusion.

## 13. Governing law and disputes

Governing law, courts, mandatory consumer forums, and dispute resolution must be completed after the operator's legal identity and target markets are confirmed: **[counsel-approved clause]**. This clause cannot remove a mandatory right or forum available to a consumer by law.

## 14. Changes and contact

We will identify material revisions, version, and effective date and provide notice when required. Contact **[support email]**. Privacy matters: **[privacy email]**. Grievances: **[grievance contact and process]**.
