# Creator Terms and Monetization — Draft

**Version:** `draft-2026-10-13-v1` · **Operator:** `[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]`

This creator addendum supplements the Terms of Service. The final executed agreement must identify the contracting entity, governing law, license scope, exclusivity (if any), revenue basis, payout currency and timing, tax obligations, and termination consequences.

## Rights and warranties

You must own or hold documented rights to upload, distribute, subtitle, promote, and monetize each work in the territories and formats selected. You must obtain performer, music, location, archive, and publicity releases where required. You must identify age-restricted, sponsored, synthetic/altered, and third-party material truthfully. Do not upload content that violates the Community Rules.

## Review and publishing

Content may require moderation, legal review, metadata, a thumbnail, rating, subtitles, rights evidence, or a human approval. Approval is not a legal guarantee or endorsement. The platform may pause distribution or earnings for safety, rights, fraud, legal, or provider-policy review. Creators with explicit direct-publish permission remain subject to post-publication review and enforcement.

## Monetization and revenue statement

Monetization is not guaranteed for every title, view, region, or period. The final signed policy must define whether creator share is calculated from gross advertiser spending, provider-reported revenue, or net platform receipts, and specify provider fees, refunds, invalid traffic, taxes, FX, reserves, adjustments, and finalization. The current business decision is **not confirmed in this draft**. Do not promise a 60/40 split until the owner approves a basis and the ledger has been verified. Creator statements should distinguish estimated, pending, finalized, adjusted, reserved, and paid amounts.

## Strikes, restrictions, and appeals

We may remove content, limit features, suspend monetization, issue a strike, or terminate access for rule or rights violations. Notices should identify the title, rule category, action, duration, and appeal method unless law or safety limits disclosure. Appeals may require evidence and a reviewer independent of the original decision when practical.

## Taxes and payout

Creators are responsible for accurate legal identity, tax forms, and payout details. Payouts are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, sanctions screening where applicable, provider settlement, tax withholding, and a documented payout method. A dashboard balance is not a bank transfer. We will label estimated versus payable funds and record failures or reversals. See the separate payout notice.
