# Copyright and Rights Complaints — Draft

**Version:** `draft-2026-10-13-v1` · **Rights contact:** `[COPYRIGHT CONTACT / DESIGNATED AGENT]`

Only submit a rights notice if you are the owner or authorized representative. False claims may create legal liability. A notice should identify the protected work, the exact platform URL or title, the allegedly infringing material, your name and contact details, your authority, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate. Do not send identity documents unless requested through a secure channel.

Send notices to **[copyright email and postal address]** or **[rights form URL]**. The service will acknowledge, assess, and act within applicable law. Where legally required, we may forward relevant notice details to the uploader. We may remove or restrict access and may suspend repeat infringers under a documented policy. A counter-notice process, deadlines, and restoration rules must be localized to applicable law and completed by counsel before launch.

Creators should retain source licenses, releases, and distribution-rights evidence. A platform upload is not proof of ownership. Rights complaints are distinct from content-safety reports and privacy requests.
