# Community and Content Rules — Draft

These rules apply to uploads, profiles, comments, live streams, messages, advertisements, and other user submissions. They are platform rules, not a promise that every violation will be detected before publication.

## Never allowed

- Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization, or abuse of minors; child sexual abuse material; or attempts to direct users to it.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, stalking, credible threats, targeted harassment, or doxxing.
- Incitement to imminent violence, credible instructions facilitating serious harm, trafficking, or exploitation.
- Malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, deceptive financial or health claims, or malicious links.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Hate or dehumanization targeting protected groups, as defined by the applicable law and platform rule.
- Spam, artificial views/likes/follows, fake ad activity, payout manipulation, or circumvention of moderation or safety controls.
- Content that violates a regional law, sanctions restriction, court order, or platform-provider rule applicable to the service.

## Restricted and context-sensitive content

Graphic violence, sexual content involving adults, dangerous acts, regulated goods, political or issue advertising, medical/financial claims, and synthetic or materially altered media may require age restriction, labels, limited recommendation, extra review, or geographic restriction. “18+” is not permission to host unlawful or non-consensual content. Pornographic or otherwise prohibited categories must remain disabled unless counsel, rights, payment providers, app stores, and safety operations approve them.

## Enforcement and appeal

We may use reports and automated detection to prioritize review. A reviewer considers severity, context, repeat behavior, and applicable law. Outcomes can include no action, label, age restriction, removal, reduced reach, monetization restriction, strike, suspension, or account termination. We should provide a notice, reason category, action duration, and appeal method except where disclosure creates a safety or legal risk. Appeals should be reviewed by a person who did not make the original decision when feasible.
