# Advertiser Terms and Ad Policy — Draft

**Version:** `draft-2026-10-13-v1` · **Operator:** `[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]`

## Account and billing

Advertisers must provide truthful business, billing, beneficial-owner, and contact details and use funds they are authorized to spend. Campaigns may spend only verified available balance or an approved invoiced credit line. Funding is credited only after an authenticated provider event and ledger reconciliation. A payment redirect or client event is not proof of funds. Fees, taxes, currency, refund rules, and settlement are shown before funding.

## Campaign eligibility

Ads require approved advertiser identity, funding, schedule, placement, creative, destination, targeting, and any legally required license/disclosure. Approval is not a promise of delivery, reach, or result. We may reject, pause, or remove an ad and may return or reserve funds under the displayed billing policy and applicable law. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

## Prohibited ads

No malware, phishing, deceptive destination, counterfeit goods, scams, unlawful discrimination, unsubstantiated health/financial claims, illegal products, non-consensual content, exploitation of minors, or misleading political/sponsored claims. Restricted categories require legal authorization, audience and geography controls, and review. Targeting may not use sensitive traits, inferred sensitive traits, covert fingerprints, or unlawfully acquired personal data. Advertiser must hold rights to all creative, logos, claims, music, and landing-page content.

## Measurement and disputes

Impressions, views, clicks, and conversions are defined by the applicable campaign pricing and provider measurement rules. Platform reports may be estimates until reconciled against authoritative provider and billing records. No client event alone proves billable delivery. Report discrepancies to **[advertiser support contact]** within **[approved dispute window]**. Invalid-traffic adjustments, refunds, credits, and invoice corrections must be shown in an auditable ledger.

## Privacy and third-party providers

Advertisers may use only approved targeting inputs and must honor consent, opt-outs, age limits, geographic restrictions, data minimization, and deletion requirements. Do not upload customer lists unless the feature, lawful basis, security design, disclosure, and provider terms have been approved. Third-party inventory remains governed by that provider's policies; our portal does not confer permission to use Google, Meta, AdMob, Unity, or other APIs.
